Telkom Technicians Dont show up
I've made over 10 calls to follow up on a fault logged. 4 Technicians called and said they were on their way and never showed up. 1 Manager promised to call back with an update and still nothing.I find out today that the fault was closed and marked as fixed. My phone has been broken for 3 weeks now.
