Telkom Technicians don't even have basic cable management s****s but can redecorate your house

So I recently moved out and to a new flat. I had contacted Telkom to please cancel my phone and DSL line. After three weeks I had not heard back so I called in (at this point I had already been living in the new flat for 2 weeks). Telkom informed me that there was no cancellation on the system. So fearing that a new tenant would move in to the old place and I would get billed, I opted for a transfer. Within two days I recieved the message to say a technician would come out on the 24th of April.

So that day comes and unfortunately I am at work so I make arrangements for my flat to be open for the Technician. I get home at 5pm to find that my furniture (couches) had been shifted and not put back in place. Normally this wouldn't bug me, but the one had found a completely new spot. The technician ran out of cable and connected two cables together poorly. And to top it off, he had nailed the telephone line about 15 to 20cm up the wall. Now I have a problem because while I got permission from my landlord, I doubt they are going to be happy with this.

Speaking as someone who works with networking cabling and in the I.T industry, The level of service from this Technician is absolutely disgusting. It looks like he was in and out in 5 minutes. He didn't even have time to remember his diary which was left on my coffee table.
