Telkom technicians admit telkom service utter *******!!!

Igsaan..you have responded privately...you should know that 6 technicians were out here and said that telkom shouldve told me initially i was too far away from the exchange...instead the sales sold me a product that does not work... Wow telkom....ur own employees admit u are jus selling products for the sales and don't give a s"#t about whether it works or not!!!
