Telkom TECHNICIAN VANDALISED OUR LINE

Telkom Techniques vandalised our line after he was refused entry.. My line lying on the lawn, it was pulled out be the Telkom Technician. And I saw this with my own eyes. I report his 5 days ago and the Telkom company and staff so pathetic and retarded they still have not even bothered to comes down restore the damages.
