Telkom Technician most unhelpful

Ref number : 688CTK151117. I waited 2 days for a technician to come out and when he came out he was useless. He left without telling anyone what the fault is. I am now left without wifi. Terribly upset ......Can someone tell me who the technician was and why does Telkom employ such inefficient people ...Please hone urgently ********** 550
