Telkom Technician LIES about being at my house

I queried my telkom landline installation today (23/04/2015) after it was supposed to have been installed yesterday (22/04/2015) which was confirmed by the SMS's i received as well as the lady at N1 City that checked for me. When she called the technical dept and ask why it was not done, the technician wrote \no one was home". I am horrified by this because my mother is at home all day looking after my sister's child"
