Telkom technician is a no show

I have been having connectivity problems with my Telkom ADSL. I have called them four times this week with the same problem and every time I do they refer a technician to me, a technician who hasn't arrived to this day. I am paying for a connection I do not even have. I am in the midst of exams and I had to submit online today but due to my WiFi not connecting I almost missed m deadline, had to buy data to submit. I'm very angry.
