TELKOM TECHNICIAN IS A ****!

This is my second bad experience with Telkom. I have app**** for ADSL two weeks ago. I advised the consultant that I won't be home but someone will always be there for the installation. The technician went through and saw that the air vents needed to be drilled and conveniently moved the appointment to a Saturday. No one has come through, when I called the call center and spoke to Nozipho, she advised that none of the technicians work on a Saturday, just imagine!!! Nozipho advised that she will forward my details to management... Let's see if anyone resolves this. The last time I had to pay for a phone but wait two months to receive the handset.
