In september my telephone line & wifi stopped workng afte four days of foning everyday something was eventually done. And now again from 9 october till today 20 september.nothing has been done, even after phoning multiple time Whats the use paying for a service that we never receive . Customer care i should actually be 'cutomers we dont care' All they do is give u a reference number after holding on for 10 minutes & still transfer you to wrong departments. Cant even cancel the damn contract with them because its a 2 year contract. So we pay for a conttact we dont receive a service fromm????
