Telkom technician doesn't show up on scheduled day

I made a request for a phone line on the first of April 2016. I only get a booking on the 18th so I take the day off. I wait all day and no one shows. I phoned the customer care service 3 times and they promise he will show. Eventually I get his number and tells me he can't make it and will come tomorrow. I can't take another day off. This service is pathetic.
