Telkom Technical - thumbs up!

Well done to Telkom technical landlines! I logged a fault with their on-line service on Saturday midday. Two well-spoken and knowledgeable technicians arrived at our premises at 11 am today (Monday). They did a few tests and I left them to do their work. An hour later they had sorted out the problem and we were back in business.
