TELKOM Technical support is non existent - COMPLAINT

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get Telkom to assist me with my weak and often no Wifi signal that they supp**** me, for months now. Many hours have been spent at Telkom Cresta customer care and logging so many calls. The request for help has fallen on deaf ears. They are also choking my emails to 2 meg and this is before load shedding. I am now told to go to there *** Once again no service delivery acceptance. What else can we do. WARNING!!!!!!!
