Telkom Technical Support Failure

Dreadful back up. 10210 staff unable to privide technical support and after 26mins 15 seconds on a cellular line, I had to abandon the call.

Staff do not answer questions posed and dodge the questions. The pretense that they offer client service needs to be exposed. After 50 years as a Telkom client, it's time to find a better service provider. ⅚
