Telkom Technical Department Faulty

After 3 reports for technical support/assistance to fix my office line, unfortunetly I could not get any help. 2 technicians came in to 'fix' the fault. 3 reference numers later .... our office line is still not working. fault logs ***,10BTI080425,7BTT100425. We appreciae that the call centers work but can the fault be resolved. Telkom techincal department can do better in addressing issues and giving clients feedback.
