Telkom technical comes to my home after that no dsl internet

<p>On the 25 January 2017 a telkom technician comes to my home report to me saying theres no.dail tone , after that they gave me.plug box to push into wall socket so the technician can go to the telkom box to.activate dail tone. Before that I inform the technician that my dsl internet is working perfect after technician came ,the dsl internet stop working, I reported the fault, this is very frustrating as we use this internet for business .last year telkom took 2 months to repair.can some one please fix this fault as this was telkoms error urgently </p>
