TELKOM TECHNICAL BAD / NO SERVICE

I can not use my telephone line. It Has a loud scratching noise that comes and goes. I have called 10210 on Monday 10 June 2018 at 08h18 and reported it. Recieved Ref: ********** 9. On 14 June 2018 NO REPLY YET. At 08h37 i called 10210 and spoke to Leksatsi. I was promised that they would send an urgent message to repair the line. On 15 June 2018 at 08h20 i spoke to Nombusa, Same excuse. On 15 June 2018 at 16h35 i spoke to Siabonga. According to him the fault has been resolved and the fault repair was closed. STILL up to date NO ONE has contacted me to check the line. Siabonga said he will lodge a new Fault because the line is still not repaired. 1 Hour later and still no SMS refference?????
