Telkom Teaches their staff to lie and be disrespectful towards Clients!!!

<p>I logged a call for my brother in law and sister in law on the 28th October 2016...reporting the damafed line. The call or ref number was only sent to us on the 30th. To date the line has not been fixed. I spoke to Abongile yesterday who said that she contacted the tech that was on site and his manager to ensure that the line would be fixed yesterday and that they will contact us within the hour. The tech said previously that they did contact my sister in law on ********** 254 and her phone was off! Which are lies, then they said that they were at the house and no one as at home, which is also lies because my sister in law is a housewife and is at home all day Monday to Friday. I called in today and spoke to Lorence Makhado who refused to put me through to a manager and also **** about the tech''s etc and said his putting me through to his Supervisor but cut the call. Then I called back and spoke to Nomzamo from PE who **** and said the supervisor was not avaluable. I called right back and spoke to the Supervisor in PE Zolile Mangaliso who said he cannot help me as it's not his job!!! Over a month now the line has been down, But my sister in law and then still have to pay mWeb who's going to cover that costs!!! Telkom teaches there staff to lie as almost everyone I spoke to **** about everything. If you look on the system how many times I called in and got told lies you would be amazed. The staff at Telkom are *********** and useless they are taught to lie to there customers. But if we default on a payment our line gets cut and can only be reconnected with 24hrs/48Hrs but when it's Telkom fault we must wait over a month! Telkom staff needs to learn that without us the customers they will not have a job , they need to learn to assist customers instead of passing the buck. The technicians are ***** and do not do there job either. Telkom...South Africa's best source of communication!!! It's no wonder our country is what's it is! </p>
