Telkom Tap2Win Rewards

Noone available to assist with Tap2Win rewards. No consultant to talk to. Been to a couple of Telkom outlets, noone knows how to claim the rewards. Facebook account is not responding to my enquiry. No SMSes received to follow prompts.
