Telkom tap to win is a ****. On the 29th of December 2024 I won R150 retail voucher on tap to win but I never received a confirmation sms that I won. Fast forward I contact telkom and they tell me I must screenshot and send them I do that they tell me they will escalate it further. All of a sudden they as for the sms even though I told them I haven't received it. They told me so many stories I got angry. I buy a lot of airtime so I can win plays and when I do win I don't receive my price. And it's not only me I heard other people complain about not receiving their prices. I one won data but also never received it. 🚮🚮🚮
