Telkom tales or Secret service!

I have been trying for six months to have my Telkom telephone line cancelled and despite telephone calls and emails to Telkom, cancelling on line, visits to Telkom office, advice taken and promises made, have had no result to date. If anyone else has had the same experience and achieved any success, please let me know the secret!
