Telkom taking your money and not giving your phone.

Please be careful when taking cellphone contracts through telkom. I did an online upgrade and it is now two months waiting for my phones and yet they are charging me. I always have to phone them to follow up. Absolutely no feedback from them. I have phoned them four times and they just always say it has been escalated and will provide feedback in 48 hour. They never get back to you. They are a joke.
