Telkom taking unauthorized debit orders from my account for an account that is NOT EVEN IN MY NAME

Telkom keeps on debiting my account for an account I do not even own and they keep changing the reference number so the only way for me to correct this is to phony my bank and have the debit order reversed, this happens EVERY month twice a month, on the 15th and the 25th. and every time I stop the debit order, Telkom uses a different reference number so that the previous debit order that was blocked does not get stopped by the bank, this is HIGHLY frustrating and has been going on for month on end.
