TELKOM TAKING UNAUTHORISED DEBIT FROM CONSUMER

Telkom has debited my FNB account without my consent on the 15 March for three debits claiming I am behind with payment and my February 2024 debit was unsuccessful due to no funds while in my bank statement the debit was successful

I will be laiable for the cost of that unpaid debit . And why is FNB allowing debits without the debi check approval

I am replused with what Telkom is doing and want them to rectify their mistake and stop making my bank account look bad
