Telkom taking paymemts for no service deliverd

have reported a fault on my wi fi on the 6 of September 2019 and have had no response or any **** back to fix the problem I have phoned them on 5 deterrent times to follow up on the problem and it is still not working and yet I'm paying every month my account don't know what to do next .
