Telkom taking our money and don't get service

My self and my wife went to Mozambique and were charged for over border services and my wifes phone did not even work. But we were charged. I have logged a query and did not even recieve a call on reply from them. We had to pay the bill or my service wil be cut. I have the recordings of my queries. If this is not resolved u will seek legal help.
