Telkom taking my money for a product I still don't have AND one I've cancelled

<p>On 7 March 2016 I ordered an upgrade on my 4mbps adsl line. To this day it still has not been installed. Even after I made numerous phone calls. I am paying for a 8mbps line though!! Secondly I cancelled my 3G modem contract in March 2016 in writing! Debit order still goes through every month but I've been reversing it. WHEN WILL I GET SERVICE?? IN 2016 PERHAPS?? </p>
