telkom taking money out of my account.

Good day.on 25th july 2020 telkom deducted a debiet from my nedbank account .i spoke to my bank refer me to telkom after talking to landline lady she cant help me. then i spoke to mobile lady i give her the ref nr TELKOM ***W 200724 I WAS CUT OFF.so i dont talk anymore is write.its covid i cant allow mistakes like this to happen its my bread and milk money for my children you took out of my account.
