Telkom taking money and do not want to fix people

Good day

I don't even want to give Telkom any stars. I have send several times proof of payments to them. Everytime I get told that it was logged and send to the back office. The following day when I phoned to followup I get told that there is nothing attached.

They have suspended my line but they sit with the payments and they do not want to fix the problem
