Telkom Taking hard earned money directly out of your account
<p>i noticed an amount go off my absa bank account ,to my dismay telkom had debited my account without approval from me for an amount of R733 i have been phoning for the past 2 weeks and all i get told is that they are busy with it . first of all the day a compny cann dig into your account and just take your money is very ********l but to then turn around and not want to pay back my money wich is needed to see us through the month is a pure show of force that should not be tolerated as a customer , this is pathetic and immoral and , telkom should be sued</p>
ater recieving confirmations that somebody would contact me no one has done so service is getting worse day by day ,if this isnt resolved im going to turn to legal advise , its not like my account isnt paid because my account is up to date yet you people still feel it necessary to not return my money or get into contact with me as communicated.no way this is legal and im not sure you people are putting any effort in working on giving me back money that was wrongfully debited off my account without my consent
