Telkom taking forever to activate UNLIMITEDhome 4Mbps fibre

Telkom is very useless. I ordered UNLIMITEDhome 4Mbps 3 weeks ago online(). I got called after 4 days regarding my order. I gave the consultant my details as discussed. But i'm still waiting for them to activate my fibre. They don't give me any updates what so ever. When i go to the store, they tell me that they don't deal with online applications.

I'm begging them to take my money. That's a bad way of treating customers. I will try a different service provide.
