Telkom taking clients for grated

Telkom sucks big time, for 2 months now they have been deabting R450 in my a count instead of R235 if I go to stores am told to call customer care which u have to hold for 3 hours and a agent ask u to send bank statements which has been 2 month's yet nothing has been resolved.
