Telkom taking clients for granted

Telkom cancelled my number and claims I received airtime from a number that is implicated in ********** airtime. I have been calling them for help for 3 weeks and no help. They take their clients for granted and they just dont care. They tell me about 72 hours turnaround and it has lapsed already and they still dont want to help me. Im very frustrated as I use the number for business. I have never received any airtime either than the ones I have bought. I would never again recommend Telkom to anyone. Their service really stinks.
