My premiums have always been paid on time, never behind, then they come up with a story that debits were returned in October last year but they only picked it up July 2024? I have sent all my bank statements from October last year proving nothing came back to my account, I have done a full analysis on invoices from them, payments from me and over charges they charged and my account is actually in credit. They have blocked my account since July, have cancelled my contract and given my details to debt collectors.
