Telkom-Taking back my right has a consumer

Telkom doesn't seem to be helping anybody or responding on Hello Peter and the best solution , go to ICASA (The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa) website and lodge a complaint there. Telkom cannot be ripping people off and getting away with it. I don't understand how 1 of the biggest service providers in South Africa don't have an up to date system. If the head isn't right don't expect the body to function properly....I will not recommend Telkom to hard working honest people. you'll are ******* and deserve to get your FSP license revoked.
