Telkom taking a lot of Money

<p>hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a problem with Telkom last month i went to change my banking details because i am no longer working, so i gave them my husband details in time ,</p> <p>so last month they took R398 in his account when i asked them to reverse it they told me they are offline,then my husband reversed it. this month they took R400 and they must only take R99 EVERY MONTH.</p> <p> </p> <p>CAN THEY PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY BACK</p>
