Telkom takes your money but does not provide a service that works.

I signed up with Telkom Smart Voice. I can make calls but I cannot receive calls. When trying to make call to my Telkom number I am notified that the number does not exist. I have tried multiple times to get Telkom to fix the error. I have spend many hours trying to get through Telkom to help me. Nothing has been fixed. I have received no help at all. Reference numbers have been created and closed with no resolution. If you are thinking of signing up with Telkom be very careful. Their services don't work. They take ones money and one spends lots of airtime with their NON-help lines. Telkom takes your money but does not provide a service that works. That is *******! Telkom are *******!
