Telkom takes no accountability or responsibility with regards to *****ulent activity which they enable

I am trying to report ***** to Telkom. The 10210 and 081180 numbers do not work from non-telkom devices. The whatsapp number *** does not respond to whatsapp messages sent. The Telkom hotline *** is a 3rd party and only deals with identity theft. I requested a call back on the Telkom website, the lady who returned my call had no idea what to do and confirmed that there is no ***** number for Telkom, Telkom does not deal with *****! How is this possible? Telkom is issuing fictitious customers with cellphone numbers which are not Fica'd and needs to take responsibility for this.
