Telkom takes no 1 in *****

<p>I opened a contrect with them for a Mobile WiFi and i made it clear that i need my contract to have a R0 addition if my data is deplicted but they charged me R500 more in the 1st month of the contract, the 2nd month they did the same but when i checked my data balance i still had 2 Gigs to spend but they charged me R500.</p> <p>funny enough, to cancell the contract you have to pay the ballance for all the months left for the contract to end. </p> <p> </p> <p>please assist if there is a way around their terms to cancell the contract</p>
