Telkom takes money that doesn't belong to them!!!!

Telkom took a debit order from my bank account. I don't have any relationship with Telkom what so ever!!!!!! When I phoned Telkom about this issue I was told that someone took a contract out under my name. They told me I need an affidavit to resolve this issue, I gave them all the information they asked for and I am still struggling to get the ********** contract off my name!!!!!
