TELKOM TAKES MONEY AND DOES NOT GIVE DEVICES - *******

<p>In early November, I app**** online for a mobile device which was approved after about two weeks (keeping in mind that NO ONE from telkom called me back after i received a notification saying that they will. I had to call them to follow up.</p> <p> </p> <p>my applicationwas then processed over the phone and an amount of R549.00 was deducted from my account in order to finalise the deal and to ensure that the account details I gave was correct and functiononal. since then i have not heard back from telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>i then got in touch with telkom last week sometime and the lady who helped me advised that my application has still been processed. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS!!!!!!!! I have been trying to call Telkom ever since on 10213 and cannot get through - I hold in a que for an hour or longer at a time with no success.</p> <p> </p> <p>Has telkom gone into the business of *****ING clients money and and then not giving them their mobile devices??????????? it is almost a month later and I still do not have my device.</p> <p> </p> <p>so what now - can someone please give me clarity on this situation as I need to understand how this disgusting form of business practice is acceptable????</p> <p> </p> <p>i want my phone NOW or i want my money back! its that simple.</p> <p> </p> <p>terrible terrible terrible service!!!!!!!!!! </p>
