TELKOM TAKES MONEY AND DELIVERS NO SERVICE FOR IT.

I keep buying air time and Telkom keeps saying I have insufficient funds to make a call. When I do a balance enquiry the money shows, but I still can't call.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone on any of the services to sort this out. When phoning one has to choose from a pre-existing list of problems. If that doesn't cover your issue, you're *****ed. Everything is automated and artificial UN-intelligence. NO option of speaking to a person. Hopeless!
