Telkom takes money

Telkom doesn't respond to bad reviews, but I'm writing this anyway. It's been 4 years that I am trying to get Telkom to stop debiting money from my account for an unknown service, but after countless of emails/calls/more emails, nothing changed and they continue to deduct a monthly fee. This morning I answered a call from a Telkom representative, before she even started I said I AM NOT INTERESTED in anything from Telkom please make a note on the system and so not contact me again. Well, guess what? I just received an SMS saying that my "service has been restored". What f$%^& service?????? I don't use any of their products!!!!!
