TELKOM TAKES FOREVER WHEN THEY OWE YOU MONEY

Refs; ***3 for call logged on 17th Jan Went over to Fiber in Feb 2019 but Telkom didn't cancel the ADSL I called to claim a refund Today the 07.02.2019 after 23 Days of being given the run around they close my call say its resolved and open a new call ( now starting to count day 1 ) One of the agents told me the refund is R4700.00 Today I get told its maybe R800 spoke to a supervisor who could care less that ive been messed around for 23 Days
