Telkom takes extra double debit for no reason

Telkom and their call in services are not up to standards , but case numbers and numerous calls to Telkom with case numbers but its clearly evidently refuses to assisit when they take extra cash when as a customer dont owe any extra cash. Telkom puts you on hold plays that irritating music and no 1 nor case managers call you back as to Telkom promise call back and payment back... But extra cash can be taken from your account with no permission but if you owe Telkom they cut your services.... But Telkom will never admitted their mistake... And we held over 2 hours for a team leader to assist... But call cuts ... And call again but a long explanation and calls end ....
