Telkom takes deposit with NO SERVICE

We went to Rustenburg mall to buy a office phone with a sim card. Filled in the forms and paid the R700 deposit. After we did not hear from them in a weeks time we went back 26.10.2018 to find out if they placed our order for the device. After a long row they said they will let us know. It has been 2 weeks now. Still nothing. No calls or email from them to say when we will receive the device and sim card. Pathetic
