Telkom takes client data *******ly

I bought 4gig data from telkom twice in a row. Suddenly data just dissappear when i call Telkom they advised me im using data at night and thuts is a lie bcoz im using this phone number for work purpose. I lost almost 8gig of data due to Telkom poor service. My Telkom number is ***
