Telkom takes back what you paid for.

I bought all network minutes from Telkom Mobile. Followed up with an email but never got a reply. Now I see those unused minutes will expire. CellC never expired. Is it not law in South Africa that companies are not allowed to take back unused minutes? I am not talking about Telkom Free Me bundles.
