Telkom takes advantage of its customers

Telkom it is testing my patience honestly two Months back I ordered an iPhone the sales person who helped me his name is L something not quite sure and when the phone was delivered it was the wrong phone which was Huawei and I log in return of that phone and they came to me to collect it and I cancelled the ****en contract now they are busy saying I should pay R299 for the phone that I don’t have and the contract that I cancelled and phone that I didn’t order ??
