Telkom takes 2 months to do nothing. Can you believe it?

Telkom advises, that to make it easier for businesses, we must deal via call centre. We have done so and been e-mailing Nombuso Mpanza from the 11th September 2020. It is now 2 MONTHS later, and our request still has not been actioned. I cannot believe how shocking the service is and no one seems to care. If any of us performed how Telkom does, none of us would be employed. It's disgusting!
