Telkom take their sweet time :-(

I was called by a Telkom Mobile agent who offered me an LTE router deal. I took the deal and concluded everything over the phone. He promised me that delivery would be made after 7 working days. I waited and waited and I'm still waiting 2 - 2.5 months later!<br> This is terrible service from them. When you call them to enquire they keep you holding for 45 minutes before you finally give up.<br> It's impossible to get hold of them, I am really unhappy and will be cancelling my contract as soon as I can get hold of them!!!
